All around the park are photo collages celebrating the park's history and using pictures from fans who sent them in. As you get closer to them the main picture fades away and all you can see are the little pictures. This one in particular is really difficult to see in person as Steamboat Willy. When seen through my digital camera's viewfinder it's obvious though!
You can find this on the building next to the big gates where parades enter and exit.
