They've completely redone this area in front of the Disneyland Hotel. It's unrecognizable from 4 years ago! They lowered West street (now Disney Way?) and built a pedestrian bridge over it. They tore down the old Monorail Station and built an all new one in it's place. They also tore down all the shops and stuff between it and the Hotel proper and replaced it with new stuff like the ESPN Zone.
