We are so spoiled taking Virgin (Atlantic|America) as much as we do. This was our first and last flight on Air France. It was craptacular. The seats felt like plywood. The 'entertainment' system was a series of 20" tvs spaced just far enough apart that they were either directly above your head, or 200 feet away. Didn't matter because the video quality was horrible, with tracking problems and contrast misset. I opted to listen to my ipod and try to sleep.
A couple points in their favor: I believe the flights all left pretty much on time, and I didn't get sick on the food.
Next time I'll opt to spend up to $500 more to avoid this airline.
