On more than 1 occasion we looked up to see that it was almost morning! It didn't help that once we got up north it wouldn't get completely dark until about midnight and then start getting light again around 2:30am. On this "night" we decided at about 5:00am that we might as well stay up... by 5:15 Murray and Mike had crashed on a couple of loungers and everyone else but Steve had disappeared. Well, thinks I, this is dull. I decided to go to bed after all and was fully intending on leaving them there (woulda been a hoot). Murray had his camera laying out in the open though so I had second thoughts. As I was putting his camera out of sight, he sort of woke up so I opted for good karma and guided him and Mike back to the cabins for a few hours of shut-eye.
