Unlike the Glacier Lake outting we took, the Harbor cruise was populated mostly by the elderly Volendam passengers besides Murray and I. After 10 minutes of listening to them whine we escaped out on deck. For the record, I generally get along quite well with senior citizens but the group on the Volendam seemed especially annoying to me for some reason. I've never heard more bitching whining and bellyaching in such a small amount of time as I did on this cruise. The passengers on the QE2 were both older and classier. The worst thing was that they had very little to complain about as far as I was concerned. They were just all whiners.
This harbor tour was on day 6 of the cruise and I was pretty fed up with the lot of them by then. Course they were at their absolute worst on the last day when we were all dismebarking in Vancouver and heading back to the airport. Once we got to the airport, Murray and I were very relieved and we vowed to avoid old people for a very long time :)
