One of the traditions that seems to work in this case is the one where the guy who catches the garter will be the next guy to get married. My brother Chris caught it at our wedding (1989) and he's STILL not married... tho none of the other single guys at the wedding have gotten married either. He's the one who's probably jinxed poor Aran and Mike :) Here he is proudly displaying the fact that he was able to push all the other guys to the ground. The garter is pink and kinda hard to see in this photo.... it's being pointed out.
