Once a year we prune back the Apricot tree in the backyard. At first we were very conservative, and regretted it. (We don't particularly like apricots). We have cut it back more and more each year and it comes right back again to it's full pre-pruned size (if not more). Well I took this and the next 3 shots so I can compare it to what it looks like NEXT year.
This is the front view before pruning.
