This is part of the representation of the Bay Area (where we live). They have more plans for this part of the park but for now it mainly consists of bathrooms. After passing through here and for the rest of the trip, whenever we had to go to the restroom, we said we needed to visit the Bay Area, (or ride the water-ride, a holdover form WDW last May).
The One attraction in this area was skipped due to time. The Golden Dreams movie (the title reminded us of bathrooms too :) ).
