The Hollywood Backlot area of DCA reminds me of a mini Disney/MGM... very mini. The Art of Animation attraction is awesome. The Muppets are great as usual, and the show we saw (twice) at the big Hyperion Theater, Blast was fantastic. The shops were ho-hum. We skipped the restaurants, but the Hot Dog place had a good menu. We'll try not to discuss the "Ride that Shall Not Be Named" except to say that yes it does suck as bad as everyone said, and yes I want the 15 minutes I spent in line and the 5 it took to ride back now.
Overall this was a very nice area in the park and look forward to the addition of TZ!
