When you live near a place for decades you tend to ignore things like placards and informational signs that are put up for the tourists. While Matt was here I actually had my attention drawn to them for the first time in eons... I have no retention tho so I couldn't tell you what this one says.
Having someone visit from overseas allows you to actually visit many areas that normally you would find too "touristy". It was pretty fun. Oh Mt. Diablo is an exception to this BTW, we come up here all the time (tho not so much in the last 2 years).
