They didn't say they had upgraded us to a Water View, just that our room had a 'Garden View', which technically is not it's own price. Regardless, we paid for a Standard Room but got one with a view of a pond full of slow moving fish, some ducks and at least one bunny. It was tranquil and a welcome respite for when, in the middle of the day, we'd want a break from crowds and heat. We'll ask to be placed back here again should we return.
