This is the left hand side of our back patio as seen when we did our second walk-thru in May of 1993. Ya like the color? We didn't. As you can see, the laundry room has a flat roof, as does the bedroom (just out of view on the right, see next picture). They were later additions to the house. A leaky tin monstrosity covers the patio. We lived with it like that until the following October when we rebuilt the entire roof to cover all.
