It's a trip of little more than an hour from the grandeur of the Liverpool Street Station in London to the country charm of Ipswich Station in East Anglia. It's a really nice ride and wouldn't actually be a bad commute if you lived in Ipswich proper. If however you need to take a 45 minute bus ride to your house, it would suck.
I'd LIKE to say this is me getting off the train for the first time in Ipswich on our way to meet Matt. However, that day we had all our luggage with us and very little desire to stop to take pictures. This was actually taken after one of our day trips to London.
