WHEN: July 1956 -> Aug 1979

This is a collection of photos that I borrowed for a week from my Mom. They were all, for the most part, taken by her or my Dad, so I had to change the heading a little :) They encompass 5 different trips between 1956 and 1979, and are in chronological order.

As mentioned on the Main Slideshow Index page, I made my first trip to Disneyland in June 1968, but my Mom has the dubious distinction (in our family anyway) of having gone there in 1956, and I was able to borrow 1 shot from this trip.

In 1963, shortly after they got married, my Mom & Dad made a trip down and I've got 4 shots from that trip.
June 1968 makes up the bulk of this slideshow, with lots of pics of a 3 year old moi on my first trip with Mom & Dad. 1972 only has 1 shot, mainly cuz the selection wasn't very good. Disneyland was only 1 part of the entire vacation, and I think my Mom had a new camera cuz the quality wasn't up to her high standards. That trip included my Mom & Dad (the last one they were both on) and my brother, Chris, and sister Michelle.

The last 5 shots are from the trip my Mom took us kids on in 1979, just her and us, she and my Dad having split a few years back. Even though my 1981 trip was not "independent" as all the subsequent ones, I had control of the camera so it got it's own slideshow. I really wish they had taken more shots of the park, especially in '63 and '56, but c'est la vie.
