What a poser :-) He was great. On our last day we were not to be picked up by a driver for the airport until 7:00pm and our plan to hang out in the lobby lounge until then was thwarted because the hotel was doing a big photo shoot in there. Well when he saw we had no place to go, he opened up the bar behind the restaurant for us and we hung out with him and our outher server, drinking and 'testing' wine. Being from California, they want to know our opinions on some of the wines they had, wanting to know if they could server them or not. All tasted great to me (and them).
Great fun.
