Our first time in a mosque. We were all prepared. Long pants, Kel had a head scarf all ready to go and was where a long sleeve blouse and everything. Kutay brushed it all off telling Kel it's mostly tourists, you don't need a head scarf. "Turkey is a secular country". We did have to remove our shoes, and they provided this very convenient place to take them off and gave us bags to hold them in.
