Had the bus ride from hell leaving the Animal Kingdom (read about it in the trip diary), so baled at the first stop, the Dolphin, and walked back to the Yacht Club from there. This hotel and the Swan next-door are not run by Disney so they don't get all the benefits that the true Disney properties do. They are cheaper though and do get more benefits than the non-Disney hotels near Downtown Disney, like boat service and proximity to 2 of the theme parks.
It took 10 minutes to walk from the Dolphin/Swan boat dock to our room.
