Every Friday night our group of friends hangs out at the local pub, TR's Bar and Grill, (named for Theodore Roosevelt). Our table sits under the Greater Kudu stuffed head, (so NOW you see what we named our domain after).
So Tuesday was Mt. Diablo, then Wednesday and Thursday were trips to San Francisco... sort of. My old company paid for me (and Adri who was also "laid off") to attend a re-employment seminar in SF. Matt tagged along for the ride, we took BART into the city and he went off to sight-see while I sat in a conference room all day, playing with resumes and learning how to more effectively be interviewed etc etc. Well Matt's not too experienced as a tourist in a big city so didn't get to see much, nor did he take many pics... so we're skipping ahead to Friday.
We all had dinner and Matt got to meet the rest of the gang for the first time, many of whom would be joining us the next morning on our weekend trip to Yosemite National Park.
