Kel and I drove to SFO on Monday April 21st to pick Matt up after his trans-atlantic flight in from Heathrow. We were hoping to take BART in (our commuter train system) but despite promises, the SFO line was not yet open. It won't be open for our trip to Japan either the jerks. The drive from Concord to SFO takes about an hour with no traffic, but we actually left from Kel's workplace in Albany so it only took 45 minutes.
Matt got in on time then we waited around for an hour or so while he went thru customs. Then off to the old Farm Bureau house!.
