Here's the view from our window in the Oxford Hotel. It was a block or so down from the Pavilion, so not too bad a walk with the luggage when we moved over to it on our second day back in London. We unfortunately forgot to get a picture of the outside... The steeple could very well be the same one we saw from the Grand Plaza two and half weeks before, but I'm not sure. This hotel had the nicest amenities in the room itself. A fridge and a microwave! It was a block away from the Lancaster Gate Tube Station and there was a great pub on the corner. The room was slightly larger than the others we had in London, and once again, we were on the top floor. It was located in the Bayswater District and was walking distance to Paddington which was very cool as we were gonna have to lug our bags there at the end of the week to go home, and we wouldn't have to take them on the Tube! It was an ideal central location for everything we wanted to do. The staff was really friendly and even let us stow our baggage on the last day while we went shopping before heading out to the Heathrow Ibis.
