This little courtyard next to Aladdin's Oasis used to be a nice area to kick back with a smoke. Now it sits empty. Hey Disney! Add a 4th smoking area here!!!
I can see filling the fountain with plants during a drought, but Disney's never been afraid to play with water even then. Pump musta broke and they didn't want to pay to fix it.
