This is the main entrance to Tokyo DisneySea. The big building in the background is the Hotel Mira Costa. If you have >$400 to burn you might want to spend 1 night there. Like the Disneyland Hotel in Paris, it IS the Main Entrance to the park.
The big globe in the foreground is the Aquasphere. It slowly rotates and although it is hard to see in this picture, there is water running down the oceans from the top. This photo was snapped from a little observation area located next to the Monorail platform. It's a great view so be sure to pause after getting off the train to take a pic or two.... we did.
Obviously the park is not yet open, and also obviously, it's raining.
