Screening Room
Ticket (front) Screening Room
Ticket (back) The museum is five floors full of Studio Ghibli related stuff. Animation displays, scripts, figurines, recreations of offices etc. There is also a play area for the kids, featuring a huge plush Cat-Bus, little soot sprites all over the place, and a screening room. In the screening room you can watch a short that was made by Miyazki especially for the Museum. It's set in the neighborhood surrounding the Museum and is just great. Needless to say, all four of us are huge fans and that really helps you appreciate the museum.

There was one huge bummer though. No pictures allowed inside. Soooooo we took a butt-load outside. This is a shot of Totoro greeting visitors. The building is very whimsical outside and inside is a feast for the eyes. Everywhere you look there are little details to discover.
