The theming is fun and like the rest of the park, very detailed. There are 3 attractions here. The E-Ticket is Stormrider, a plussed-up version of Star Tours. Aquatopia is a plussed up cross between Autopia and the Motor Boat Cruise. The third attraction is the Electric Railway, which connects to the American Waterfront.
As you look at a map of the park, Port Discovery is in the upper left corner, with the park's waterway running around the outside. Looking across the water you will see a big futuristic sea-wall with a disturbing leak. When seen from an elevated point, like up near the railway station, you can clearly see Tokyo Bay beyond the wall. The illusion is perfect. However you have likely gotten to the park via the Monorail, whose tracks are just on the other side of the wall, along with 2 roads and a pier :-).
